At Project Ghaam, each product is made to order with care. Because of this, we follow a policy that is fair to both our customers and our production process.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
Since all products are made to order, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Return Timeframe
Returns are only applicable in cases where the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund.
To process your request, please provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or preference-related issues.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: we cover the cost
- For all other cases: returns are not accepted
Non-Returnable Items
All products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as they are made specifically for each order.
Additional Information
- Since each product is made to order, please allow a few days for processing before shipping.
- Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
