Refund policy

At Project Ghaam, each product is made to order with care. Because of this, we follow a policy that is fair to both our customers and our production process.


Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

Since all products are made to order, they cannot be restocked or resold.


Return Timeframe

Returns are only applicable in cases where the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or preference-related issues.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: we cover the cost
  • For all other cases: returns are not accepted

Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as they are made specifically for each order.


Additional Information

  1. Since each product is made to order, please allow a few days for processing before shipping.

  2. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.

  3. If an order is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
